Terms of use

What PRIZIFOOT undertakes to provide, what the service is not, and the rules you agree to by opening an account.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

This document is drafted in French. The English and Spanish versions are courtesy translations: in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Article 1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms of use (the “Terms”) define the conditions under which the publisher makes the PRIZIFOOT service available to its users, and the rules those users undertake to respect.

Creating an account constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of the Terms. A user who refuses them must refrain from using the service.

Article 2. Definitions

  • “Publisher”: the person identified in the legal notice, who operates the service.
  • “Service”: the PRIZIFOOT site and all features reachable from an account.
  • “User”: any natural person holding an account, whether free or paid.
  • “Analysis”: any probability, statistic, forecast or indicator produced by the model and displayed in the service.
  • “Plan”: the level of access subscribed to (Free, Pro or Premium).

Article 3. Description of the service

From football match data, the service computes probabilities and statistical indicators and presents them as analyses, strategies, historical backtests and alerts.

The service takes no bets, holds no gambling funds and redirects to no operator in exchange for a commission. It sells access to an analysis, nothing else.

The analyses are neither personalised advice, nor investment advice, nor a recommendation to stake. The user remains the sole decision-maker as to how they are used, and bears alone the financial consequences of those decisions.

Article 4. Access to the service and account

Access to the service requires creating an account. The user declares that they are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract. The publisher reserves the right to request proof of age and to suspend the account if no answer is given.

  • The information provided at sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • An account is personal: sharing credentials and reselling access are prohibited.
  • The email address must be verified before the first sign-in; it is used to recover the account.
  • The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential and must report any unauthorised access without delay.

Article 5. Plans and scope of access

The service is offered in three plans. The Free plan gives access to the model’s success rate and to already-settled analyses; the Pro and Premium plans open access to upcoming analyses and to advanced features. The detailed scope of each plan is published on the Pricing page and forms an integral part of these Terms.

The publisher may change what the plans contain. Any significant reduction in the scope of a paid plan is notified by email at least thirty days before it takes effect, and gives the right to cancel the current period free of charge.

Article 6. Prices, payment and billing

The applicable prices are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of subscription. They are stated inclusive of all taxes, in euros for the European price list and in CFA francs for the West African one. The two price lists are set separately and are not a conversion of one another.

  • Euro price list: payment by bank card through Stripe.
  • CFA franc price list: payment by mobile money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Moov) or by card, through Chariow.
  • No card data passes through, or is stored on, the publisher’s servers.

Access to the plan subscribed to is opened as soon as the provider confirms payment. A failed payment ends paid access at the due date, without the account being deleted.

Article 7. Duration, renewal and cancellation

Renewal depends on the payment method, and the two work in opposite ways. By card: automatic renewal. By mobile money: no renewal at all, the subscription stops at its due date.

By bank card, the subscription renews automatically for an identical duration, at the then-current price, until the user cancels. Cancellation can be done at any time from the account settings: access stays open until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charge is taken.

By mobile money, no automatic charge is technically possible: the subscription ends by operation of law at its due date if the user does not renew it. Reminders are sent by email before the deadline. An early renewal keeps the remaining days, which are added to the new period.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete the account: the user returns to the Free plan and keeps their history.

Article 8. Right of withdrawal

A consumer normally has fourteen days to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance.

By subscribing, the user expressly requests immediate performance of the service and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal as soon as access is opened to them, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French consumer code.

This waiver is collected explicitly at the time of payment. Failing such a waiver, a withdrawal request can be sent to the publisher through the Contact page within fourteen days of subscribing.

Article 9. No guarantee of results

No analysis published by the service guarantees the outcome of a match, a win, or a return. Past performance is no indication of future performance.

The success rates, returns and statistics displayed describe how the model behaved in the past over a given history. They are computed in good faith and published for information; they are not a contractual undertaking as to future results.

The publisher can under no circumstances be held liable for financial losses suffered by a user in connection with betting, whatever the amount and whatever the operator.

Article 10. User obligations

The user undertakes not to do the following, this list being non-exhaustive:

  • resell, redistribute or publish the service’s analyses, whether free of charge or for a fee;
  • extract content on a large scale by any automated means (bot, scraper, extraction script);
  • undermine the security of the service, circumvent its limits, or reach data that does not concern them;
  • use the service for any unlawful activity, in particular running unlicensed betting;
  • create several accounts in order to get around the limits of the Free plan.

Article 11. Intellectual property

The publisher grants the user a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service and its content, for the duration of their subscription and for their own needs alone. No other right is transferred.

The statistical model, the databases and the analyses produced remain the exclusive property of the publisher.

Article 12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the legal notice, whose “Personal data” section forms an integral part of these Terms. The user will find there the purposes pursued, the legal bases, the recipients and how to exercise their rights.

Article 13. Availability and evolution of the service

The publisher undertakes to use reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. The service may be suspended for maintenance, for updates, or in the event of a third-party failure (host, payment provider, sports data provider).

A prolonged outage attributable to the publisher entitles the user, on request, to an extension of the subscription equal to the length of the interruption.

Article 14. Liability

The publisher is bound by an obligation of means. Its liability can only be engaged in the event of proven fault and for direct damage alone. In any event it is capped at the amount actually paid by the user over the twelve months preceding the triggering event.

No limitation applies in the event of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or in any case where the law forbids it.

Article 15. Suspension and termination by the publisher

In the event of a breach of these Terms, the publisher may suspend access to the account after a formal notice that has gone unheeded for eight days, or without notice in the event of an attack on the security of the service, payment fraud or manifestly unlawful activity.

Termination for breach gives no right to any refund of the current period.

Article 16. Changes to the Terms

The publisher may amend these Terms. Subscribed users are informed by email at least thirty days before a substantial change takes effect, and may cancel free of charge before that date. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.

Article 17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law.

They are drafted in French. The English and Spanish versions are provided for the reader’s understanding; in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, only the French version prevails.

In the event of a dispute, the user first contacts the publisher through the Contact page, which undertakes to answer within thirty days. Failing an amicable solution, a consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator whose details appear in the legal notice, or to the European online dispute resolution platform.

Failing agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts under the ordinary rules of law.

The publisher’s identity, the host and the detail of personal-data handling are set out in the legal notice. The scope of each plan is published on the pricing page.
