Data is stored on servers located in the European Union. Some technical sub-processors (email delivery, payment, monitoring) may process data outside the Union; the list and the applicable safeguards are set out in the “Personal data” section below.
Nature of the service
PRIZIFOOT is a statistical analysis service. It is not a gambling operator: the service takes no bets, holds no gambling funds and is licensed by no gambling regulator.
The service publishes analyses and probabilities computed from football match data. It is neither investment advice, nor an incitement to bet, nor a promise of winnings. Decisions taken on the basis of these analyses are the sole responsibility of the user.
The service is reserved for adults. Opening an account requires being at least 18 years old.
Intellectual property
The structure of the site, its texts, its visual identity, its databases, the statistical model and the analyses it produces are protected by copyright and by database producers’ rights. Any substantial reproduction, extraction or re-use, including automated, without prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
Club and competition logos, as well as the photographs used on the site, are used under licences held by the publisher. Third-party trademarks, names and logos remain the property of their respective owners; their presence on the site implies no partnership with, or endorsement by, them.
Personal data
The publisher processes strictly the data needed to run the service: identity and contact details provided at sign-up, sign-in logs, subscription and payment history, notification preferences.
- Performance of the contract (account creation, access to the analyses, billing).
- Legal obligation (retention of accounting records and sign-in logs).
- Legitimate interest (security of the service, prevention of fraud and abuse).
- Consent (commercial communications, withdrawable at any time).
No card data is stored by the publisher: payments are handled by Stripe (euro price list) and Chariow (CFA franc price list), which receive the payment details directly.
Under the GDPR, the user has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port their data, as well as the right to set instructions on its fate after their death. These rights are exercised with the publisher, at the details given on the Contact page. A complaint may be lodged with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
Reporting illegal content
Any manifestly illegal content present on the site can be reported to the publisher through the Contact page. The report must state the address of the page concerned, the nature of the content and the reasons why it should be taken down.
Responsible gambling

No past success rate guarantees the outcome of a future match. The analyses we publish are there to understand a match, not to promise a win.
